Bob and the support staff there are excellent to work with.
Pros:
simplifies much of what is done in the office, displays a real time image of what is going on, and the support team are excellent, always helpful, and best of all you don't need to call them often.
Cons:
wish there were more tutorials on it, the help menu is clear, but like to be able to refresh on parts that are not used that much

finalmente estoy muy satisfecho con DispatchTrack ya que nos permite tener en control la operación, nos ayuda en poder tener ahorro logísticos y sobre todo que el cliente este enterado por donde va su pedido
Pros:
es una herramienta que te puede dar la visión general de como van tus entregas, rutas, y status de entrega de producto con cada cliente, permitiendo tomar decisión en tiempo real y con ello ser mas eficientes.
Cons:
hay que mejorar un poco mas el modulo de estadísticas, incluir nueva información acorde a como van las tendencias, (Otif) etc. y asi mismo poder gestionar que te llegue un reporte diario de toda las graficas.. eso seria estupendo...
