Exceptional
Pros:
Triton is an excellent company to work with, they are very responsive and accommodating to any of business' needs. They will go out of their way to meet the customers requirements including adapting their process for special requests.
Cons:
no problems with Triton at all cannot say anything bad about them as a company to deal with.

Quick turnaround which assists in securing talent effeciently
Pros:
Triton is easy to use. Very little training is needed. The support team is outstanding!
Cons:
Reporting outcomes quarterly. i.e. how many did we do, what was the outcomes etc....

"It's nice but needs refinement"

They've been good, i've got no complaints. Didn't communicate much with the accounts team but did help whenever I did have issues
Pros:
Results come in 15 mins, the interface is clean but a bit sparse
Cons:
If a check fails, it makes you fill out a PDF copy which is not the best when dealing with industrial workers
