Had many instances of items being wrong, and late. This was the last straw. Will never use them again! Zero support when things don’t go as planned and they charge you fees when they make mistakes and refuse outright to do a simple thing in order to make it right! I hope they’re happy with their last $15.00 plus tax from my account. They have now lost my business forever and everyone I know will know about this unethical practice of theirs as well.
Pros:
Having the option to order groceries online is great when they actually do what they say they will. ***
Cons:
Customer service was terrible! I had to cancel an order because it was going to be delivered an hour late, and they charged me a cancellation fee of 15.00 plus tax. They could not meet their service promise and proceeded to charge me a ridiculous fee for a problem they caused! Deleted my account and will never use this service again! Terrible customer service to burden your customers with fees when you can’t meet your own service promises. Unethical cancellation policy!!!

Terrible experience! The company owes me $132 for a reimbursment and are not paying me back! Nobody knows how to get me my money back, and they have now deleted my account and I have no way of talking to anyone.
Pros:
Nothing, they don't do anything to help you as a shopper.
Cons:
They are the most unorganized company I have ever had dealings with! The batches they put together are so far away from where you shop, it is totally not worth it to do a shop. Some of the batches had me driving for 100 km and only paying $25. I would end up making about $5 after paying for my gas, not even mentioning my time to complete the order. Customer service for the shoppers is a total waste of time. None of the agents know how to fix an issue quickly.

Horrible- I have spent more than I earned and am still waiting for a reimbursement for almost $400
Pros:
Nothing- they have been denying a reimbursement of almost $400 for 3 weeks

Pros:
Until my most recent transaction, I really liked Instacart. You only get one chance to cause me stress. Three calls regarding an unreleased hold in which every person I spoke to blamed the bank for the delay (how childish), something that had never happened before! Then multiple calls to the bank which had to be escalated to get anywhere, and finally after a week and a half, the hold was released.
Cons:
There customer service is ineffective and I'll never trust this business again. I've already deleted the app.
