### "Highly Exploitative Platform for Small Restaurant Owners" — 1.0/5

> **Cons**: The commission and overall taxes go up to 35-36%, plus they charge extra for long-distance deliveries. On top of that, to get visibility, you are forced to run advertisement campaigns like GrowMax, which deduct an additional 16% to 30%. In total, they take away nearly 55% to 60% of the revenue, leaving very little margin for small business owners.

Furthermore, customer support is practically non-existent. There are frequent unexplained deductions in the weekly payouts. Even after writing multiple emails, they never refund the wrongly deducted money; their attitude is very dismissive. The mobile application lacks advanced features; you cannot track inventory or count stock inside the app. For modifying menu prices or uploading high-resolution food photos, you have to use a desktop computer because the phone app doesn't allow these changes, and even then, updates take more than 24 hours to reflect online

> My overall experience with this company has been highly disappointing and stressful. As a restaurant owner, it feels like small businesses are completely forced to feed their aggressive profit models. If you do not subscribe to their expensive paid advertisement plans, they intentionally suppress your restaurant's organic visibility, and you barely receive any orders. The platform heavily exploits its market dominance, leaving small food outlets with no choice but to comply just to survive. If you have alternative direct-to-customer channels, I would strongly advise avoiding partnerships with these high-commission food aggregators.
