> **Pros**: Excellent customer support. Whenever I have a question or need a walk-thru, I get an immediate response with very detailed help. Also, anything I have felt that needed to be added to the software, their IT department has implemented it. From new reporting features and analytic reports, to updated menu items and easier claims processing, Amercare has done what it takes to keep customer satisfaction.
