> **Pros**: I was really tired of writing letters at the end of a busy work day.  A friend recommended Panda Perio and I am really had he did.  While the software takes time to learn and customize, it is immensely powerful.  It is much better than any other letter writing programs like PerioApprentice or Time for Perio.  I could not run my office without this software.  Customer service is outstanding.
