An efficient quality management solution

Pros:

Non-conformity management: the software allows the reporting, analysis and resolution of non-conformities related to products, services or processes.Incident management: It allows the management of safety incidents, work accidents and environmental incidents in real time.Audit management: The software allows you to plan, conduct and monitor internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance and quality.Risk Management - Identify, assess and manage risks associated with products, processes and business activities.Document Management - Provides a comprehensive solution for managing quality-related documents such as procedures, manuals and policies.Training and Competency Management - manages employee training, certification and professional development.

Cons:

High cost: Intelex software can be expensive for small and medium-sized businesses, which may prevent them from considering this quality management solution.Learning curve: With many features and customisation options, there can be a learning curve for new users, which may require additional training to fully understand and use the software.Technology Dependency: As with any software, Intelex Quality Management Software is technology dependent and can be affected by technical issues such as server failures, operating system upgrades, etc.

Comments: This tool worked well for me. It was easy to use and not technical at all. It is well aligned with ISO9001 requirements for an effective quality management system.

Pros:

The most impactful features in Quality Management Software are the Incident Management and Document Management. The Incident Management feature ensures timely communication with the customer. It supports easy identification of Root causes and contributory casues, with recommendations for improvement to prevent recurrences. These recommendations are tracked and can easily follow up to identify outstanding tasks.The Document Management feature is well designed and supports all stages in the Document Management life cycle from creation, review, approval and obscelence.

Cons:

This tool worked well for me. It was easy to use and not technical at all. It is well aligned with ISO9001 requirements for an effective quality management system. There are no downsides that I've encountered so far.

I like the configurability

Pros:

The Root Cause and Corrective Action application to be used with the Quality Management helps strive for Quality Excellence.

Cons:

As with the other applications, there are too many clicks for the user to get from one phase to another.

effective and easy to use multiple service software (Incident Management, Document Management, Quality Control, Change Management, Training Management)

Cons:

yet unknown as perfect quality management tools, to company should communicate on this tool, to let it be used and outcome it limits.

Cloud based easily accessible software with intuitive interface

Comments: Overall a great system with lots of possibilities to tie inn new functionality. Our latest project was to implement sustainability performance indicator, and we see excellent user adoption after just a few months.

Pros:

- Adaptability in configuration means that we have a tailormade solution fitting our needs with good tools available for BI - Dynamic plattform undergoing incremental improvements the past five years making it always a current solution

Cons:

- Customization can be overdone and we have seen that moving too far from the out-of-the-box solutions does take a lot of internal resources
