Comments: It is worth every penny. Because we are in a small rural community we often experience power outages or our internet goes down and the support is always right there.

Pros:

The support from [sensitive content hidden] is beyond reproach. The system right from the beginning is so user friendly. I am self taught on the computer and I have had no issues that I couldn't figure out myself or [sensitive content hidden] couldn't talk me through.

Cons:

I honestly can't think of anything. It has been easy to train all of our employees on how to use the system, what the policies are, and where to get help if they need it.

Comments: [sensitive content hidden] has been great but we really need to have many more pictures and updates on the website.

Pros:

[sensitive content hidden] past help and how simple the system is to understand and follow but I am sure we don't benefit from many of your features.

Cons:

The lack of direct reservations, most often related to the website, which is too costly with you to change much..

Overall very useful as a booking system

Comments: generally very positive. they do not contact you to try to constantly upsell, but are available when assistance is needed.

Pros:

allowing people to book and amend their reservations without the assistance of staff has decreased our workload significantly in office.

Cons:

There are some areas that could be a little more user friendly on the back end.

ease of use, customer service is second to none, constant upgrades and improvements provided

Cons:

calendar should be visible for 30 days at a glance instead of only 21 days

Comments: OnRes has been great to work with. There are a couple of specific features that we wanted and OnRes built them into the system for a fair price. Highly Recommend

Pros:

OnRes has been very reliable. It keeps accurate account of all our reservations, pricing and payments.

Cons:

There is not much that I don't like about OnRes. If there is ever an issue, [sensitive content hidden] is quick to correct it.
