If you want anything above the basic set up, there is a cost to implement it and that could easily add up, whereas other ATS have those features built right in. You also don't have much control over the settings, you need to fill out a ticket for every little change which can get tedious and sometimes a nuisance for smaller changes. > > My team and I used iCIMS for 8+ years and ended up switching to another ATS that suited our needs better and was feature rich (without an extra cost).
