> **Pros**: I think the portals are most impressive. They have a multitude of options for portals and well as their stock forms in the system. It is web based and allows easy focus on managing housing.

> **Cons**: Not too many negatives to say. It is best to work with PH and S8 with this software. It is not meant to be used to manage some other types of subsidy.

> **Pros**: -It was very useful when we were managing 400-500 tenants under Section 8. Also, the application Happy Software Housing Pro was integrated with PIC System which was very useful to export the file within the application without using HUD website. 
-Tech Support is one of the best. They always pick up the phone right away and will solve any of your problem.

> **Cons**: Of course, the application has some problems. First of all the price, it's expensive and you have to pay annually to keep the application running. Also, when you buy the application and want to upgrade to the new version, you still have to pay for that. Some features need to be updated for sure because it's painful to use but it's not that critical.
