While I know more specific and in-depth functionality may cost more, sometimes there are a few things I would change. For example, when checking out multiple people, and capturing information for each person, I would prefer some sort of auto re-load on the same page, so my eyes can see the first registrant was registered. Right now the system just automatically takes me to the previous page, and some could be confused that there was a refresh and the registration of the first person didn't work. Small things like this are minuscule, but worth noting. > > We are on our 3rd event using EZ Register (and counting). As an Event Management company, we have to do our research and find the best vendors and sources for our clients when it comes to any aspect of an event. EZ Register is by far the best online registration source I've worked with. In my opinion, a lot of the vendors are similar in fees, ease of use and the functionality of their websites.... But what sets EZ Register apart from the rest (by far) is their customer service. Dan Herman and Ryan Fincham make themselves readily available, and if I can't get a hold of them right away, I usually hear back within 30 minutes\! It's incredible and that's 1 of the main reasons we keep coming back to them. They are always available when I have questions and respond to issues and needs immediately. Out of obligation, I was once forced to use another company in Denver for an event. The problems with their site and inability to fix things led to our event's failure and we were forced to discontinue it. The good news is that it reinforced how good things are when I let EZRegister handle everything.
