> **Pros**: Used to be very nice for estimating and doing sketches of kitchens and baths, was even able to sketch drawings to obtain building permits.

> **Cons**: If you want to do an estimate for a client that has pricing only it's fine, if you need to submit a sketch of a floor plan it's ok, anything other than that is garbage, studio must have been designed by someone with no building or construction skills or knowledge of this trade. I find the program to be a total waste of time when it comes to studio, they took a good program with lots of potential and turned it into garbage.

> **Cons**: Learning the ropes was a bit difficult and finding exactly what I’m looking for can be a bit difficult due to the huge catalog of options (so that ones a pro and con).

> Their customer service is amazing...I have never used a product in my life with this level of customer service it’s untouchable by any other company. I’ve locked myself out of the program...and countless other thing due to the fact that I’m a caveman.
