> **Pros**: We have been using MIR for about 5 years in Ricova, we have a dedicated server for it in our offices, so is not a cloud service, that allows us to control the infrastructure part, this helps DataDis to make the price competitive without loosing any feature that you may think of, and believe me, they have everything covered.  Their technical support line always have the answer for your problems.

> **Cons**: We would love to have better documentation about the system. There are so many modules you could use that we dont because we dont know how, this requires onsite / virtual training, however with solid documentation this wont be as neccesary. 
Handle the infrastructure can cause problems if your IT department is not expert enough.
