> We are an a build to order, make to order, metal fabrication company. Jobscope is used for quoting, order entry, material control, purchasing, production planning, scheduling, engineering, shipping, and accounting.

I have worked with many of ERP software companies, and the functionality of Jobscope is well suited to order driven businesses like ours; most other systems are make to stock based and have a hard time time dealing with the order driven environment.

The support and functionality is first rate, my only complaint is the fact that when new versions come out, our IT dept often loads them without explaining new features to users.
