Problem is we didn't get to use any of due to all the other issues. > > **Cons**: Very expensive CRM that cant do what a CRM should do: Cant send an estimate - very simply put you cannot send an email or text with an estimate. (This is mind blowing but it gets worse.) Can't send an invoice - Honestly I wish this wasn't true. There is nowhere you can click and send a customer an invoice. You have to call and take a payment over the phone, or use the CAW (customer portal, that's the next issue) CAW Portal - Customers cant login without customer numbers or other issues, you have to send them a link manually for them to get setup. If they want to pay online this is the only option (that doesn't work) and the balance isn't correct, the discounts are not applied correctly, or better yet they have a list of services they are signed up for cant pay for all of them at once only maybe 1 or 2 on the list they could pay.
