> **Pros**: I love that this allows for detailed scheduling and record keeping. This program is easy to use, yet allows for a multitude of details.

> **Pros**: I've only used this software for about a month now and the admins are quite restrictive with what I have access to, but what I can do is enough to provide decent customer support. The software allows you to view orders your customers have placed through several different pathways (your direct website, amazon, etc), view tracking details surrounding those orders, assist with the return process (return \& refund, return \& replace, etc) and view the inventory of your products. You can also integrate your warehouses if you have multiple and seemingly they can update things from their side as well.

> **Cons**: What I liked least about this software was its user interface. It may have been how my admins set it up, but it was incredibly old fashioned and almost outdated. It takes a while to load on start and each time you click on a tab, it opens another tab beside it (within the software, so not like - multiple chrome tabs). It can come in handy for some cases but just simply having that tab open and then being able to click 'back' out of it to the previous page is what most people are used to these days. You also have to X off each tab so as not to confuse them with your next search and have to manually clear your previous search so it's contents don't mess with your next one. What I also disliked was the inability to view escalated cases. No way to view their status to provide an ETR to anyone asking.
