We understand how important clarity and alignment are when selecting services for your practice, and we’re sorry to hear this experience didn’t meet your expectations. To provide context, our team fulfilled the credentialing services that were agreed upon and completed the work as outlined in the signed contract. After credentialing was finalized, the scope of services was later reconsidered, which unfortunately falls outside the terms for cancellation or refund at that stage of the process. That said, we genuinely value our clients and take concerns seriously. Our team remains available to discuss next steps, clarify any outstanding questions, and explore how we can be helpful moving forward within the bounds of the agreement.
