Asset hierarchy is set up in a way where you can drill down further into the sub assemblies. Work orders and work requests are easy to put in. > > **Cons**: If you want a Pass/Fail set up for your PMs. Creating inspection tasks is very manual and time consuming. The only fast way to do this is by using the API tool. Assets "Inventory Items" have their history attached to the storehouse location instead of the item SKU. So you can't remove the item from a location once added if it has any history. Also the Inventory and the Equipment Assets share the same table which causes several other issues such as a UI issue when viewing the Asset or Parts and Supplies Forms. What i liked least, is the development team doesn't help with your needs, even if you want to pay. They only use the Fiixers Social Media site. Which is unbelievable. > > Several manual process's that should be and could be much easier. I have a long punch list and all my CSM could do is create VOC's that never made any difference. We have 60 seats and are using enterprise version. Fiix is more expensive than most from my experience. We are actually leaving Fiix and going to Emaint which is fully customizable and easy to work with and a much better value for the money. My team is not happy with Fiix.
