We have a small staff, so this works. If you had a large number of employees then it may have been tedious and not an attractive feature. Easy to use for miscellaneous and payroll checks. > > **Cons**: Support does not listen or fix the problems, minor things like the sign section of form 941 always print the previous client information. Also, there has been a few times that I done the deposits using their information, and when I do the quarterly reports, it shows different amounts. No State Report numbers, I have to keep an Excel spreadsheet to verify the deposits and for the State withholdings. Also, the e-file option is very complicated and requires the client signature, which is hard to upload, when you have limited computer skills > > I have thought about switching to other software program but because of the Value for the Money, I work around the problems.
