> **Pros**: It is an 'all in one' HR Solution. For managing teams, it is invaluable to track annual leave/requests/sickness etc. The lay out is good and simple to use.

> **Cons**: There were certain features that were not clear - i.e. how to view team calendar - however once you learn where things are on the platform it becomes easier.

> Good - I have enjoyed using the platform so far. I have used other similar systems.
