> **Pros**: It is easy to use and move around in. For a small office not needing a lot of bells and whistles and expense this product is perfect. It is great for document storage and employee file up keep.

> **Cons**: It needs to be more storage space allowed for documents to move to electronic employee files. Also more integration into some of the known accounting software with the information flowing from the accounting to the HR system.

> With a one stop document management solution, combined with being able to access documents from around the globe, this software is by far, the best I've ever tried.  Being able to grant clients access to view their worker files is a large plus.

> **Pros**: That it integrates with Quickbooks and allows me to customize what QB's could never do with HR needs.

> **Cons**: I guess I would have to say that since I only have one user, that sometimes that sucks, but that is my fault.  I do find navigation to generate reports is a little hard but I think that is because I am a starter with this software and not someone who has used it all the time over and over for years.  A training session offered would be great.
