> **Pros**: I have used Workday both as a people manager for several years and as an individual employee, and it works very well from both perspectives. As a manager, it made it easy to manage my team, find employee information quickly, share updates, point people to the right resources, and handle things like time off approvals and recruitment in one centralized place. It reduced a lot of back and forth and kept everything organized.&#10;&#10;From an employee standpoint, it is equally easy to use. I can quickly book time off, manage my vacation schedule, review my employee information, and stay on top of tasks with clear and helpful notifications. Everything I need is easy to find, which makes day to day admin simple.

> **Cons**: I do not have many cons to point out. Because it is such a robust platform, some workflows can feel a bit heavy for very simple tasks, but that is largely the tradeoff of having a powerful and comprehensive HCM system.
