> **Pros**: We didn't choose to work with Inntopia, we've had to work with the as a result of Whistler Blackcomb (vail) and Whistler.com operating this platform. I would be a good solution if only they were a bit more flexible with PMS connecting directly with them, the problem is that Inntopia expects to be paid for this connections to happen.
> 
> **Cons**: We unfortunately rely on a third party software (BookingPal) to connect our PMS (Lightmaker) to Inntopia and this connection unfortunately doesn't work all the time and neither BookingPal or Inntopia take any responsibility.
> 
> Over all our experience has been just OK, it would be great if Inntopia was less greedy and would allow PMS to connect directly to them.
