Most importantly, it streamlines administrative tasks like course assignments, reminders, and certifications.

> **Cons**: Biggest drawback is that it's too customizable. It can be a learning curve to get setup and use. The implementation team was helpful but it's taken us several months to get it to where we want it to be through trial and error.
