> **Pros**: KeyBank has a long history in the region and was the first bank this company began using. There have been very few issues and no turmoil, major mergers, etc. in the company that would make life difficult for customers.

> **Cons**: While it does have fees like a traditional bank that a fintech bank would not have, the relationships built over time and additional products such as line of credit, savings, lockbox and other services more than meet that value.
