Gymmaster review
Comments: Overall experience with Gymmaster is great and i would recommend it to other users that need a software program for their fitness facilities. Its a great program for member base collection.
Pros:
It's easy and simple to operate and navigate through the system. Keeps all data collection and helps track member activity. Shows business progress and what periods are peeking and not.
Cons:
The door scanners tend to malfunction frequently in which we have to reset the door readers to get them back online.
Alternatives Considered: TSG
Reasons for Switching to GymMaster: The platform seemed more up to date and the layout was much more appealing. The design of the program was more appealing and newer than the other product we looked at. We also were recommended by other owners of gyms that gymmaster is what they used and it provided a great service for them.

Comments: overal good as system is well laid out and easy to learn
Pros:
Ease of use and the quick to answer help line offered when unsure of anything
Cons:
system errors such as doors locking when not supposed to or changes made to the system that have effected members

Pros:
The staff were very helpful and understanding throughout. Value for money in comparison to other systems. Never had any issues with the hardware. Portal was extremely easy to navigate and use!
Cons:
I honestly had no problems over the last 3 year with the software.

Most accomidating software
Comments: So far they have been great and easy to work with.
Pros:
The custom app. It allows members to sign up and take full control of their membership. There are only a couple features I wish were different.
Cons:
The bluetooth door access. I wish the app used a different method for members to use.
