> **Pros**: I liked the layout of the program. My favorite function of the software was the CW005 report that you could run on owners to see the exact check amount they had been paid in the previous months,

> **Cons**: The run time of this software was not ideal. If there were multiple properties in a transaction I was processing sometimes it would back up to 10 minutes to complete and sometimes even longer.
