> **Pros**: This product was very user friendly.  Easy to run reports to ensure office was Medicare compliant with meaningful use. As the office manager this was my number one concern.  Vendor very helpful in guiding our company through the process of switching from paper charts to e-charts.  Frequent updates and improvements to software.

> **Pros**: I like the ease of use and the vendor's availability. From the demo to the implementation process, dealing with Doc-tor.com's Picasso has been a pleasure. There is always a person to talk to; the support group is fantastic\! Scanning is simple and easy. There are so many reports available on the system; there are a lot more than our old system. I love the Dragon voice integration, and the notes come out perfect every time\! We would definitely recommend Doc-tor.com and Picasso.
