> **Pros**: I found it easy to use and the interface was pretty self-explanatory. Connection was fast and video quality clear \& smooth.

> **Cons**: It would be helpful for some if they had made it HIPAA compliant. Although they do have another service that is.

> Overall I had a good experience using this service. I was also in need of a HIPAA compliant service for my wife and I tried out their free trial at HIPAAVideo.net and was very impressed. It might be better than their original VIA3 service with HIPAA compliance \& a BAA to boot.
