Have nothing but good things to say. Used it was almost 9 years and was your biggest advocate. New version purchased in 2019 took simple processes and made them difficult, I've had my system go down a number of times and no one can explain or fix the freezing issue. I was very familiar with the use of the product after 9 years and yet install was painful and the 'Trainer ' on site that I paid was not able to solve basic issues. Then covid happened in 2020. Policy is pay your bill in full and then next time around, we'll give you a 50% credit on the bill a full year later. Great, but we're closed. I understand you have to pay your bills but your customers need help now, not a year from now and I'm legitimately not using the software. Every single one of my vendors worked with me except Volante for immediate needs. > > **Cons**: Software (original version) was a 10 out of 10. Software (new version) is an 8. Day to day usage is excellent but there are glitches now and programming takes twice the time.
