> **Pros**: Hovering over toolbar symbols/icons in ProLaw displays the function name, which can save a lot of frustration when you're learning the system or working in multiple modules. For example, if you're trying to access the Ledger instead of the Journal, hovering over the icons can quickly confirm you're selecting the correct function without having to click through multiple screens

> **Cons**: While ProLaw is a powerful platform, there are times when certain actions can cause the application to freeze or become unresponsive. When this happens, the only solution is often to open Windows Task Manager, end the ProLaw process, and log back into the system. Although it doesn't occur constantly, these interruptions can be frustrating and disruptive, especially when working against billing deadlines or managing multiple tasks.

> I use Prolaw everyday for accounting purposes mainly.  Strong financial controls and reporting, moderate usability, and excellent integration between billing, accounting, and case management.

> **Pros**: After 5 plus years, I still believe ProLaw is the best practice management software out there.  Using ProLaw has allowed our firm to become as paperless as a law firm can be.

> Overall, using ProLaw is a much better option than just a document management software like Worldox or iManage.  We essentially have digital files that we can access at any time from anywhere.
