Pros:
I liked the most about CXT was their customer support, easy to use platform. It is a dynamic software and fulfilled all our courier and logistics requriements.
Cons:
Nothing as such, we are quite happy with the software and looking forward to continuw working with them.

Pros:
We need to send our couriers daily in our industry and CXT helps us to manage the delivery process effortlessly
We can use GPS tracking and can give notification features to the customer if required
We are satisfied with this tool as it has improved customer satisfaction
Cons:
The User Interface can be more user friendly

My experience with CXT Software has been great, It has wide range of tools which helps to track your shipments smoothly . It is good for all size of business, this can be little expensive for small size of businesses. And It is good to be aware of downsides of using any software.
Pros:
CXT Software is a best delivery logistics platform for all size business. It has wide range of features like Real time tracking , delivery management, advance route optimization. It is a budget friendly software to use.
Cons:
CXT Software is a great platform to use but some areas like customer support and User Interfaceneeds to be improved, these can be some downside of using CXT Software.
