> Been using InspectVue for 12+ years.  Clients and agents find reports easy to understand.  Not a computerized checklist.  Customizes easily. Takes a bit longer to write reports that some others, but worth any extra time when you look at the final report.

> **Pros**: Once upon a time, this was the best software out there; I was a beta-tester for version 5.  It was laptop based, easy to use, and well written.  I still think the narratives are the best on the market.

> **Cons**: The software is now dated, it can't upload video at all, or photos on the fly.  By comparison, it's just clunky now.
> 
> I used this software from 2001 - 2018.  It was great, but is no more, I was sorry to see it go.
