> **Pros**: The ease of the program is amazing\! I’m thrilled with the range of data that the software provides for the Management Company. Technical support has been amazing; his patience and availability is unparalleled. We’re still working on some computer issues not related to the software, but I’m excited to get back in after upgrading to multi-user\! Thank you so much\!

> **Cons**: Nothing that I don’t like, but unless I’m missing it, I would like to be able to discern between my market tenants and Section 8 tenants in the reports.
