What I appreciated I was able to make alterations to the common statements in the pre inserted letters, notes etc… to the way I like to report things making my responses not look like they were canned > > **Cons**: Notes is always, better way to integrate things like back and neck index into the notes, that is being done but better uniformly instead of looking like it was jammed in. I’m sure with the recent update with AI that has already been resolved > > We had a great experience with EZBis. The service was great. When our computer was down due to hardware or software we had a resolution within mins. If there was ever an update it was prescheduled and done over a weekend or at night to keep the prectictioner from not having to alter schedules to keep people working and our offices flowing. Never had issues with security or hacking stories, I can’t say enough about customer support. All the tech were very nice and efficient. We went from written appointment book to EZBis (this was years ago) so the set up was just like we were use to in the old style appointment book that allowed you to go into the many individual accounts from that page such as billing and payment and of course future scheduling.
