It makes records easy to manage and helps our team stay on top of important details. > > **Cons**: The website can sometimes be very slow, which makes completing tasks frustrating and time consuming. Some improvements can be made to the UI to make tasks simpler. > > Overall, DonorPerfect is a useful system for managing donor information. While the slow website can be inconvenient, its organization and data storage features make it valuable. ----- ### "Professional and helpful staff to transition to DP" — 5.0/5 > **Chantal** | *September 28, 2026* | Individual & Family Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I have a lot of experience with fundraising databases so in deciding to move to DP I knew what our organization needed for a successful fundraising program. With DP I can now manage very aspect of our fundraising program from major gifts, to grants, to events, to donor comms, I can track it all with ease. Plus I can confidently pull professional reports for my ED and board to show progress. > > **Cons**: Nothing yet. Moving from the previous system my organization used, DP has been great. It's been less than a month, but so far, nothing to complain about. > > From my sales rep to the onboarding team, everyone has been very helpful, quick to respond, and gave me all the resources I've needed to make this transition to DP easy to navigate. When I had questions they were quickly answered at any point in the onboarding journey. As someone who likes to learn on my own, I had dozens of resources on hand. ----- ### "DonorPerfect (into year 3)" — 4.0/5 > **Catherine** | *July 2, 2026* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Pros**: Customer support is above average. Reporting capabilities, though complex, are extremely helpful for database clean up and sophisticated strategic review. > > **Cons**: Forms module that comes as part of the base product is outdated. Support for 3rd party integration with Constant Contact is limited. > > Implementing the system requires the assistance of a knowledgeable advisor. The system is extremely customizable, however it is potentially very easy to start customizing before completely understanding the functionality of the base system. ----- ### "Intuitive and super user friendly" — 5.0/5 > **Charissa** | *September 17, 2026* | Medical Practice | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The program is so intuitive and therefore user friendly\! The webinars they offer with training make it super easy to learn and feel confident going into the program that you will always be able to understand use the program confidently. ----- ### "Great Solution for Charitable Organizations" — 5.0/5 > **Randy E.** | *July 27, 2026* | Fund-Raising | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: We continue to be very pleased with the program and especially customer service if and when we have questions or issues.
