> **Pros**: The Tussman Program allows for a high level of customization, a fairly understandable manual to use to customize and implement software, and, most of all, you can back out/unfinalize transactions if needed.

> **Pros**: As a sole practitioner the the integration of the billing program with the calendar, and the accounting function was critical to me. Most of my contemporaries were using different programs for different functions.

> **Cons**: The accounting program can be somewhat difficult at times, but that is probably due to my lack of accounting expertise.
> 
> The fact that I can create my monthly bills by first viewing prebills and making the changes needed and then finalizing the bills is extremely helpful to me. Also being able to do the accounting procedures and having the accounting information on line and easy to get to is very helpful in dealing with clients.
