It bridges to our Dexis, our MindRay surgical monitors, implant inventory tracking by 2D scanner, electronic verification of dental benefits for many of the dental plans, NEA Fast-Attach, Lexicomp (with current updates)- all with one click of their icon on the customizable toolbar. If we have a question or an issue, their extremely knowledgeable support team is available from 8am EST (5am Pacific) until late into the evening. We get updates regularly. We have worked with other software programs for practice management and EMR; however, this one delivers on all points. Our conversion was well planned and we were only down a limited time. Outdated hardware or undertrained team members maybe? I would suggest if anyone is having trouble with an older version that they investigate the updated V18 and its features. I'll be honest and say of the 3 softwares I've used as a student, resident and practice owner this is the worst of what I've used. Their newest software lags (even on the highest equipment that they speced out to meet their requirements) and for 2017 technology it's a let-down as far as features.
