> **Pros**: The program is simple to learn and use.  The customer service and training is EXCELLENT and I have never had better.  I do not exagerate when I say that they listen and are quick to address questions and problems.  The customer service is one of the main reasons we have not changed programs.

> **Cons**: This is a new online program so there is long way to go to tweak the program and make it the best it can be.  They do listen to requests and often make updates.  However, I find that the reports leave a lot to be desired.  There are definitely areas where the technology could be updated to make the process more streamlined for the end user such as fewer clicks and default options.

> We are satisfited with the program and as I stated before the customer service is next to none\!

> **Cons**: Our porting was handled poorly, they missed a whole side of the company. 
A 2nd selling agent cannot be added. 
Rental Lingo is not there, i.e. No tenants/no landlords, only sellers-buyers.

> **Pros**: The ease of moving from screen to screen is very simple. I like the way it tells you when something is missing or incorrect. The auto population is very time saving and the ease of being able to adjust if needed is easy. The customer support is top notch they always answer in a timely manner.

> **Cons**: I would like to see the reporting a little more user friendly for both me as the processor of the commissions and for our agents to view.
> 
> Overall the experience I have had with Constellation1 has been the best from any software developers I have ever encountered. The team knows the software inside and out and really gives me confidence that I will get a result. Great job\!

He has been there since day one and his support to the company is unwavering. If he doesn't have an answer he will dig/reach out and research until said question is answered.
