> **Pros**: Makes formatting docs much easier and consistent. Knowing how to format and use styles is easier with the BigHand tools.

> **Cons**: The product took a little getting used to, but it's really a huge program that makes your job way better. It did take us about a good 6 months before folks were using it daily and had good things to say.

> Once I had taken the Admin training and started developing the templates, I saw the benefit of them and how folks will really appreciate the new ways of doing things.
