> **Pros**: Wir nutzen OTOBO schon seit lägerer Zeit und wir sind immer wieder erstaunt darüber wie viele Features OTOBO hat.
Das OTOBO Ticketsystem ist komplett kostenlos muss aber auf einem Server installiert werden.
Man kann auch unendlich viele Agenten anmelden

> Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit OTOBO. OTOBO ist ein sehr guter Helpdesk. Wir setzten es bei einem Carsharing Unternehmen und nehmen damit bspw. Daten über kaputte Autos.
