2. Unhelpful customer service – Customer support appears nonchalant and lacks urgency in resolving issues.
3.Unreasonable refund policies – If a loan doesn’t go through, the initial payment still faces significant delays in being refunded.
5.Frustrating user experience – The process feels inefficient and adds unnecessary stress to customers

> Affirm seriously needs to fix their ridiculous money reversal process. I tried to place an order with them, and they asked me to pay a portion of the total amount upfront. Fine, I did it. But then the entire process got stuck on “order processing” while the money was already taken from my account\! When I called customer service, they had the audacity to nonchalantly tell me it would take 100 days to reverse the charge. 100 days?\! That’s beyond absurd\! If a loan doesn’t go through, why on earth should the initial payment take that long to be refunded? It’s infuriating, and the lack of urgency or accountability from their side just adds insult to injury. I’ll never understand how this is acceptable to them.

I love how you can purchase something and manage your finances by not putting a dent on your pocket. It’s as simple as buying now and paying for it later\!
