> **Pros**: Citrus is a smooth system, that is easy to navigate and operate. We are able to set up our registrations \& price points for over 30 teams in no time at all. We love the ability to do this quickly and integrate it with our website. Their support staff is also the best I’ve worked with by far\! Any question or request is responded to \& looked after immediately. Can’t say enough how efficient \& professional they are.

> **Pros**: Citrus is very user friendly and easy to navigate for anyone using the system. Everything is laid out so that key information and links can be found quickly and it works well on mobile phones as well so I can quickly change info about an event when on the go.

> **Cons**: There were some glitches early on when using the marketing feature but those problems have been resolved. I would also like if it were possible to turn off the feedback for certain events.

> Citrus has been great for our company because the staff are extremely accessible and easy to reach, even when we are not in the same time zone, they get back to us as soon as possible. The interface is so user friendly that it is a dream to use in comparison to other programs such as website builders or email marketing tools. Parents can can access their receipts for tax purposes through their own personal accounts so we are not tasked with the extra work of creating receipts for them for the programs they register for. The automated feedback emails are also helpful for planning future programs.

> **Pros**: Citrus is super user friendly and easy to navigate. It allows us to process payments and issue refunds with a few clicks of a button. We enjoy that it sends out emails for feedback following our events and keeps statistics on that feedback.

> **Cons**: Having to enter health card numbers to register. I wish we could have this removed. From our understanding we aren't supposed to collect those numbers by law in our province.
