Service improved marginally over the years. Crashes. Lack of forum advice. > > I have found the service to be okay when I do get someone on the phone. It was marginally improving over the last couple of years. My biggest concern was price. And having to pay for add ons when this is just a rented software. I also decided to branch out more into interiors and there for purched and yes steep learning curve but went with Sketchup. The full studio peice was $1200.00 in comparison with $2700 with a promo rate of the essentials to go with it. I was disappointed that the peogram was getting throttled and i only got basic packs for $2500 a year. I could not even download my favorite underground catalouge without having to pay the full premiumn price. and this is a rental not an OWED program and thats yearly. So just way to much to absorb for one person. I was a user on an off for 30+ years.
