> **Pros**: EnsureFlow delivers outcomes on so many levels, its power is simply outstanding.  It leaves nothing to chance when managing workflow.  It drives the user at every critical and most non-critical points to address and complete tasks. Automated features minimise manual inputs.  Data is easily retrieved for additional reporting.

> **Cons**: Up front configuration can be time consuming, however once configured correctly it is a very powerful work flow management system.
> 
> It takes a while to explore and discover the full range of features in EnsureFlow.  It gets better as you become more familiar with navigating through the available options.

> **Pros**: The software's best feature is the client instruction functionality so we are able to customise quotes and reports to meet individual client requirements.

> **Cons**: The job manager allocation page is not user friendly and in my opinion needs an overhaul and an upgrade of the existing functionality.
> 
> The functionality has the ability to be able to manage BAU operations but can also manage multiple CAT's in multiple States. Without the system none of this would be possible.
