> **Pros**: Ele foi fundamental para sobrevivência das vendas no inicio da pandemia de covid-19, tendo em visto o lockdown e homeoffice, não tinhamos meios para controlar nosso processo. Além do controle do processo é possível ter uma visão estratégica do processo de vendas através de indicadores pré-definidos. Outro ponto importante é a possibilidade de criarmos nossos próprios relatórios a partir da necessidade do setor, não ficando somente com os relatório já disponibilizados pelo sistema.

> **Cons**: Até então não teve nenhum recurso que deixou a desejar, as integrações necessárias para o setor de vendas e adaptações foram feitas conforme nossa necessidade.
