> **Pros**: Because PeopleNet has been around for years, there are a lot of other companies that know it and work with it.  The older PeopleNet Fleet Manager (PFM) is easy to use and has a lot of easy-to-use functionality for back office staff.  The newer Trimble Fleet Manager (TFM) is great but needs more features.  The ELD software on the tablets is fairly easy to learn and works well most of the time.

> **Cons**: The ELD software on the tablets sometimes has issues recording drive time.  It's a known issue that Trimble is trying to fix but has yet to get it resolved.
> 
> Overall I think there are a lot of good, helpful, knowledgeable people who work for PeopleNet.  They want to improve their product as much as our customers want it to be improved.  Each new version of the ELD app gets better but there are still some lingering issues that would make me think twice if we weren't already so invested in the product.

> **Cons**: When I used the system it was on my company driving days. Company's I worked for didn't give me any options on using anything else. But I found it was decent enough. Kept me legal.
