The transition to a web-based platform presented cultural challenges similar to those we experienced when introducing virtual worship services. Compounding this was the fact that we engaged RhythmQ on a very tight timeline due to the seasonal nature of our bursary program. Despite being a relatively small customer, we received exceptional support. Conor, our sales representative, was engaging, responsive, and remarkably patient throughout the process. He worked collaboratively with our committee and helped address concerns every step of the way. Our onboarding specialist, Komal, was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, proactive, efficient, and highly organized. Thanks to her guidance, we successfully met our two-week implementation deadline and had the platform fully operational in time for our bursary cycle. The platform itself is intuitive and provides complete visibility into the application and adjudication process, along with a permanent record of applications and decisions. Reporting is straightforward, fast, and informative. We have also discovered numerous features that have added value beyond our original expectations. Most importantly, our entire committee—including several initial skeptics—has been thoroughly impressed. RhythmQ has transformed a cumbersome paper-based process into one that is efficient, transparent, and easy to manage. From the program management side, we are so grateful to move from data entry by hand in excel from a paper application to a thorough online portal that all applicants can go to fill out their needed information. It has been a much quicker process for all parties involved, whether it be applicants or admin our experience has been amazing overall. We still continue to look for more efficient process in RQ's system that can match with our program needs and we know RQ's reps will help us if we ever do need to pivot.
