Pros:
Creating rituals and monitoring progress of daily agenda helps to close out the loop on important topics critical to the business.
Cons:
Cannot think of any cons at this moment in time.

Action Items
Comments: It is good. Need more "tutorials" for the use though.
Pros:
I like the fact that there is a tracking mechanism for action items and tasks.
Cons:
Focusing on action items - I think you need to allow more than 1 assigned person for it. Also, there are too many details in the page. If you notice, not all of them are used - at least not by us.

The software should send an email automatically whenever a task has been entered for me.
