> **Cons**: The credit system isn’t explained very well in the beginning. We assumed that it was always 1 credit per text. That is not the case. It seems credits are eaten up very quickly and can get very pricy. We wish it would have been made clearer.

> It’s been an overall good experience. It’s a little pricier than expected. But it’s extremely convenient for sending out mass texts. The staff sometimes has a slow response time but they’re overall very thorough and helpful in their responses. It’s a pretty straight forward service.

Don't think I have ever had to wait even an hour for an email reply, which was not urgent. This is my second company I am suing them and would not look for any other texting platform
